The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer and the entire Operations team.

Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist the COO in his daily tasks;
  • Attend operations meetings and take minutes;
  • Write and send various communiqués;
  • Write and prepare presentations;
  • Proofread and translate documents;
  • Organize meetings;
  • Coordinate the training team's agenda, organize training logistics and send out invitations;
  • Help manage PDUs with ChAD: follow up on employee files, enter PDUs on the ChAD portal during in-house training sessions;
  • Manage the COO's agenda and expense account.

Job Requirements

Technical skills

  • Diploma in office automation, secretarial studies or equivalent;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel);
  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).

Complementary skills

  • Knowledge of EPIC software, an asset;

Specific working conditions

  • Flexible working hours may be required, including office presence at least three days a week.
