- Work closely with management to develop and maintain a very organized and structured environment (data / documents compilation)
- Organize and ensure the follow-up of files
- Set up files for new clients; work with multiple files simultaneously
- Ensure that client information is kept confidential
- Prepare correspondence to tax authorities and external and internal clients
- Draft concise emails (summary of meetings)
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Attend internal MNP courses to further develop skills
- Develop a good understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in office administration
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Legal or Paralegal Assistant
- Experience with litigation
- Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bilingual (French and English
